He may think of himself as a Los Angeles local, but there's one thing Russell Brand isn't a natural at Stateside.

The 36-year-old comedian was spotted being pulled over by the LAPD again yesterday as he was handed another speeding ticket.

It was only last month that Russell was stopped for the same offence, but this time he didn't even have it in him to have a laugh and a joke with the officer.

The British star was on his way home following a yoga class, so perhaps it is his relaxing mood that is to blame for him putting his foot down.

Or maybe it was Russell's choice of footwear that affected his driving.

The long-haired actor was wearing an unusual choice of attire as he made his way to the morning class.

As he stopped off with a friend to pick up an organic juice, Russell was sporting a look that was worlds away from his black skinny jeans and studded belts.

The Get Him To The Greek star sported a grey suede waistcoat and white pyjama pants with a colour-coordinated grey woolen beanie and leg warmer combination, finishing off the look with a pair light grey flip flops.

It was a very similar outfit to the one he wore the previous day when he attended yet another yoga class.
