Here comes the bride! Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge sizzles as she poses in wedding underwear !!

She became engaged to Kings of Leon singer Caleb Followill last year.
And if Victoria's Secret Model Lily Aldridge is in any doubt about what undergarments to wear on her big day, she may have found inspiration from the popular brand's new range of bridal underwear.
The 25-year-old model sizzles in an array of photographs, wearing stockings, sky-high white heels and a veil.

She also posed in some brightly coloured panties, and in one shot is topless, with her back to the camera.

Perhaps her boyfriend Caleb was thinking of about Lily when penning his hit singer Sex On Fire.
'I think my girlfriend hopes it's based on her,' he once said.  'Maybe it is my girlfriend because we've had some good times together…but I'm not really sure.'

Lily has been dating Caleb since 1997 and became engaged to him last September.
She has also featured in the band's video for Use Somebody

The Los Angeles native, who has modelled for brands including Levi and JCrew, first appeared in a Victoria's Secret fashion show in 2009.
She went on to become a Victoria's Secret Angel the following year, and this year landed the cover of the February issue of British GQ alongside Lindsay Ellingson, Erin Heatherton, and Candice Swanepoel.

UNVEILED ON FACEBOOK, THE BENEFIT-CHEAT BRIDE: JAIL FOR 'SINGLE MOTHER' TRAPPED BY HER WEDDING SNAPS

Posing in an elegant white gown and smiling for the camera, she looks every inch the perfect bride. Hazel Cunningham then posted the pictures of her Barbados wedding on her Facebook page so her friends could see her on the happiest day of her life. But, unfortunately for her, investigators from the local council were also looking at her photos.

And they discovered that Cunningham, 47 – who said she was a single mother when she was in fact living with her husband – was fleecing the taxpayer of thousands of pounds in false benefits claims. She wrongly claimed income support, housing benefit and council tax benefit at the same time as enjoying holidays in Turkey up to three times a year and a luxury Caribbean wedding. Folkestone Magistrates’ Court in Kent heard she falsely claimed benefits amounting to an average of £170 a week.Cunningham, of Ashford, Kent, also failed to notify the authorities of her maternity pay from her employer.

She was sentenced to 120 days in prison after pleading guilty to four charges of making false statements and one of failing to notify a change in circumstance. And she was ordered to repay the money, a total of just under £15,000. She was also prosecuted in 2009 for failing to declare that she was working while claiming a total of £21,000 in incapacity benefit, housing and council tax benefits. Peter Wood, the leader of Ashford Borough Council which brought the prosecution, said: ‘This case is another success for the council who work tirelessly to ensure that the honest taxpayers of the Ashford borough are not defrauded. The message is clear: people who commit benefit fraud will be caught.’ Sentencing Cunningham, magistrates said: ‘You have had previous convictions, you have lied to the probation officer, you have denied your guilt until the last minute, and you have also lied in court.’

Last year, mother-of-three Kim Stokes who professed to be a single mother was caught out after letting slip on Facebook she had a husband. The 36-year-old told the Department for Work and Pensions that she was a lone parent, unemployed and separated from her husband. But after fraud investigators found pictures on Facebook showing Stokes, her husband Richard and their children enjoying family activities, she was hauled before the courts.  Stokes had been overpaid by about £15,000 in housing and council tax benefits as well as income support over the previous two years, Telford Magistrates’ Court heard.Deputy District Judge David Stott gave Stokes, from Telford, Shropshire, a 12-month community order.

YOU BEEN SNAP*FOOD NEW'S" THIS TIME IS THE UNHEALTIEST MEALS ON THE HIGH STREET! MISS FB LYIMO SAY: MIMI NITAKULA MACHALARI YANGU NA MBEGE TU" mbuta nanga!!

From fat-packed pizzas to sushi full of sugar, the unhealthiest meals on the High Street!

Eating out is the downfall for many dieters. But even those not watching their weight would be shocked if they knew how much saturated fat, sugar and calories they were getting in their favourite choice.
We asked Claudia Louch, from the Harley Street Nutrition Clinic, to look at High Street chains to see which is their unhealthiest choice — and what you should choose instead...
Even those not watching their weight would be shocked if they knew how much saturated fat, sugar and calories they were getting in their favourite choice
Even those not watching their weight would be shocked if they knew how much saturated fat, sugar and calories they were getting in their favourite choice

PIZZA HUT

UNHEALTHIEST MAIN: Stuffed crust  pizza, £11.49

The biggest problem with restaurant pizzas is the huge amounts of cheese — they are high in calories and full of saturated fats.
These are supposed to be shared, but eat one — as many men would — and, at 2,544 calories, you immediately exceed the daily calorie allowance of an average adult.
You’d also be taking on more than twice the recommended daily amount of saturated fat (there’s 50g in the pizza) and salt (equivalent to 24 bags of crisps).
Italian ham and mushroom
The biggest problem with restaurant pizzas is the huge amounts of cheese - they are high in calories and full of saturated fats

HEALTHIEST MAIN: Tuscani tropicale, £7.99

At 579 calories, this thin base topped with ham and pineapple is the lowest-calorie pizza on the Pizza Hut menu. It has a commendably low 11.3g of saturated fat (the daily recommended maximum amount for women is 20g, for men 30g), very little salt and 4g of sugar (just under a teaspoon), most of which comes from the pineapple.
Your healthiest option of all would be to take a bowl to the salad bar (£3.99) and choose only from the fresh, undressed, salad options.

UNHEALTHIEST DESSERT: Cookie dough, £3.69

The chocolate chip cookie is topped with ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. One portion is 635 calories and contains 32g of fat, a surprising 2.21 g of salt (a third of your daily allowance) and a staggering ten teaspoonfuls of sugar.

HEALTHIEST DESSERT: Dessert shot trio, £2.99

These three little shot glasses are definitely the best choice. The lemon and raspberry shots are low in calories (138 cals each) and high in vitamin C and folate (a form of vitamin B). But avoid the chocolate shot if you can,  because together, the three add up to 493 calories — which is more than the banoffee pie!

PRET A MANGER

UNHEALTHIEST MAIN: Posh cheddar and pickle baguette, £2.99

Yes, the cheese is rich in calcium, but this sandwich is also high in saturated fat (15.6 g) and carries a surprising 779 calories.

HEALTHIEST MAIN: Slim Pret  tuna baguette, £2.69

Pret A Manger's Slim Pret tuna baguette: It is specially baked with healthy fats (not saturated fats) and at 242 calories is low in energy
Pret A Manger's Slim Pret tuna baguette: It is specially baked with healthy fats (not saturated fats) and at 242 calories is low in energy
Tuna is rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and studies show this may offer protection against coronary heart disease. Although the baguette is made from white flour (wholemeal would release its energy more slowly, to keep you feeling full for longer), it is specially baked with healthy fats (not saturated fats) and at 242 calories is low in energy. It also contains spring onions and cucumber.

UNHEALTHIEST DESSERT: Chocolate mousse, £1.95

Just a few small mouthfuls, yet this provides 506 calories and 23.7 g of saturated fat to clog your arteries.

HEALTHIEST DESSERT: Piece of fruit, 50p

I know it’s predictable, but fruit really is good for you. And whole fruit contains more vitamin C than a fruit salad, as the nutrient evaporates if the fruit is cut.

NANDO’S

UNHEALTHIEST MAIN: Beanie pitta, £5.72

Beanie pitta
Beanie pitta contains 476 calories and has 5g of saturated fat (a quarter of a woman's daily recommended allowance)
You might assume a vegetarian option such as this is more healthy, but it contains 476 calories (compared to 356 for the chicken breast fillet pitta) and has 5g of saturated fat (a quarter of a woman’s daily recommended allowance).
Most of the Nando’s options aren’t excessively calorific, but if you add a regular portion of chips (£1.99) and coleslaw (£1.99), your meal would increase to an unhealthy 1,055 calories.

HEALTHIEST MAIN: Peri-peri chicken breast fillet pitta, £5.40

Breast is definitely the leanest part of the chicken, and though full of flavour, the peri-peri marinade is not packed with fat or sugar.
Order a mixed leaf salad (£3.90) or a selection of vegetables to make this a good, balanced meal, and try not to eat all the pitta bread — it can be alarmingly high in salt and calories.

UNHEALTHIEST DESSERT: Carrot cake, £3.95

Don’t be fooled by the name, this must be one of the most unhealthy ways to present a vegetable. One slice contains 676 calories of fat, sugar, nuts and more sugar (42 g or eight teaspoons per slice), topped with a thick layer of full-fat cream cheese icing.

HEALTHIEST DESSERT: Chilly Billy lolly, £2.80

It’s made with apple and blackcurrant juice and vitamin C, and provides a sweet hit for little more than 49 calories.

CAFE ROUGE

UNHEALTHIEST MAIN: Baguette aux saucisses, £9.50

At 1,476 calories, this sandwich packs as many calories as a pizza. The sausages are high in saturated fat (76.6g is equivalent to half a block of butter) and there’s 16 teaspoons of salt on the plate.

HEALTHIEST MAIN: Salad Cesar au poulet grille (chicken Caesar salad), £9.75

A healthy choice with cos lettuce and grilled chicken breast. But ask for the dressing on the side as that’s where the bulk of the 489 calories will be hiding.

UNHEALTHIEST DESSERT: Trio de creme brulee, £5.75

Trio de creme brulee is Cafe Rouge's unhealthiest dessert
Cafe Rouge's Trio de creme brulee: The combination of cream, eggs and sugar will add up to an unhealthy amount of saturated fat and over 500 calories
A tempting option, this offers three small ramekins containing fresh raspberry, dark chocolate and classic vanilla creme brulees.
There will be nutrients in the fresh raspberry, but the combination of cream, eggs and sugar will add up to  an unhealthy amount of saturated fat and over 500 calories.

HEALTHIEST DESSERT: Coupe rouge, £5.75 (fresh fruit and ice cream)

The fresh strawberries and blueberries are rich in antioxidants (beneficial vitamins) which help boost your immune system. A U.S. study suggested blueberries may help reduce belly fat and risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Ask for very little ice cream and no cream if you don’t want to negate any benefit from the fruit!

YO! SUSHI

UNHEALTHIEST MAIN: Chicken teriyaki, £3.40

The teriyaki sauce takes this chicken option out of the healthy stakes, with four teaspoons of sugar and 3.2g of salt in one very small serving
The teriyaki sauce takes this chicken option out of the healthy stakes, with four teaspoons of sugar and 3.2g of salt in one very small serving
People assume Japanese food is all healthy, but the teriyaki sauce (sweet, sticky, soy-based) takes this chicken option out of the healthy stakes, with four teaspoons of sugar and 3.1 g of salt in one very small serving.

HEALTHIEST MAIN: Chicken  yakisoba, £2.90

Chicken is often a really healthy choice, especially if served grilled and without the skin.
Cooked like this (pan-fried with noodles and vegetables), you get carbohydrate and fibre, but very little fat — just 6.9 g per serving.

UNHEALTHIEST DESSERT: Lemon shortbread cake, £3.90

This is the most calorific dessert on the menu, with 285 calories in one very small piece — but compared with some other food chains, frankly this isn’t too bad.

HEALTHIEST DESSERT: Fresh fruit, £2.90

Fruit salad is always a great dessert choice, rich in antioxidants, and a chance to up your daily fruit quota.

PIZZA EXPRESS

UNHEALTHIEST MAIN: The Etna pizza, £10.75

This is a rich and fatty combination of spicy sausage, peppers and ham and give you a hefty 1,153 calories. The sausage and ham are an unhealthy combination of saturated fat and salt, too.

HEALTHIEST MAIN: The Verdure pizza, £8.95

Pizza Express
The Verdure pizza: The topping of peppers, courgettes, mushrooms and baby onions means it provides one of your five portions of fruit and vegetables a day
The new Leggera range of pizzas is lighter in calories because the middle of the dough is taken out and filled with salad. At 500 calories, they are 30 per cent lighter than the average Pizza Express pizza (809 for American Hot).
The Verdure is the healthiest choice because the topping of peppers, courgettes, mushrooms and baby onions means it also provides one of your five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

UNHEALTHIEST DESSERT: Chocolate glory, £4.90

With chunks of chocolate fudge cake covered in chocolate sauce and topped with vanilla ice cream and a chocolate straw, this indulgence packs 727 calories.

HEALTHIEST DESSERT: Tartufo al cioccolato, £3.80

This mini scoop of chocolate truffle ice cream comes with a coffee and will set you back just 70 calories, so it won’t ruin your diet! But don’t kid yourself that it has any health benefit.

KFC

UNHEALTHIEST MAIN: Zinger  tower burger, £3.59

KFC's Zinger tower burger comes in at 637 calories and packs two teaspoons of sugar and 4.2g of salt
KFC's Zinger tower burger comes in at 637 calories and packs two teaspoons of sugar and 4.2g of salt
This piece of spicy coated chicken layered with a deep-fried hash brown, mayonnaise and salsa and sandwiched in a bun, comes in at 637 calories and packs two teaspoons of sugar and 4.2 g of salt. If you add fries (99p) and coleslaw (99p), you’ll be putting away 1,041 calories.

HEALTHIEST MAIN: Chicken  salad, £2.99

Many fast food salad options have been criticised for being more fatty and calorific than the burgers, but this salad is just 276 calories — and that includes pieces of coated chicken. Choose the low-fat dressing (21 calories) rather than the Caesar (102 calories).
Choose original recipe chicken breast (£1.59) and, instead of fries, ask for a side order of barbecue beans (99p). In total, that meal comes to 333 calories.

UNHEALTHIEST DESSERT: Avalanche ice-cream, 99p

A pretty respectable 173 calories for the tub — but there’s 18.2 g of sugar (equivalent to three heaped teaspoons).

HEALTHIEST DESSERT: Little Stars yogurt — part of children’s meal, total £2.99

You’d be better off skipping dessert. These children’s yogurts contain 9.3 g of sugar — that’s half the sugar load of an individual tub of ice cream — and have 79 calories a pot.

Oprah gives again: Parents of miracle Facebook sextuplets moved to tears by chat show queen's generosity

It was a picture that said a thousand words.
And one woman believed it was worth several hundred thousand.
Oprah Winfrey today gave the McGhee family and their miracle sextuplets $250,000 credit at Walmart as well as a honeymoon in Las Vegas - despite the fact the couple got married 11 years ago.
Rozonno and Mia McGhee and their sextuplets - Olivia, Madison, Rozonno Jr, Josiah, Elijah and Isaac - appeared on the show today after they became an internet sensation when Mia posted a family photo on her Facebook page.
Enlarge   Internet sensation: This is the Facebook picture which made the McGhee family overnight celebrities and which attracted the attention of Oprah
Internet sensation: This is the Facebook picture which made the McGhee family overnight celebrities and which attracted the attention of Oprah
As well as millions of other people all over the world, Oprah seen it and thought: 'I love that picture, I have to meet them.'
The McGhees are the first in Columus to have sextuplets and they said their case was very different from so-called Octomom Nadya Suleman.
Suleman was overwhelmed with financial help after her story of eight miracle babies was publicised.
But for the McGhees, very few people came forward to give them the financial help they needed.
On the show, the couple told the chat-show queen how difficult and expensive it is raising the six babies and revealed they go through 50 diapers and 30 bottles a day.
Gratitude: Left, Mia McGhee is comforted by her husband as she breaks down in tears at Oprah's gift. Right,  Rozonno McGhee hugs Oprah after learning she has given them $250,000 in credit at Walmart and a long overdue honeymoon in Las Vegas
The couple, who are both from impoverished backgrounds, started dating when they were in high school and married when they were 18 and 19 years old.
They were determined to create the kind of family they never had.
Mia - whose mother was on welfare and two brothers were involved in criminal activity - said: 'Since I didn't have a father, I've always wanted my children to have a father. I wanted, of course, to graduate from high school, go to college, get married.'

'It can become overwhelming, but it's a joy. It's a joy being a mom now.'
- Mia McGhee
But the couple tried to have a baby for three years before finally turning to fertility treatment.
They then received the news they were expecting twins but just after they were born they died.
Rozonno - whose own mother was addicted to crack - said he wondered why God had done that to them.
Soon after however the couple learned that they were expecting again - this time with sextuplets.
And despite the sleep deprivation and constant diaper changing, Mia and Rozonno say they're thankful for their miracle babies.
Mia said: 'It can become overwhelming, but it's a joy. It's a joy being a mom now.'
While Rozonno runs his carpet-cleaning service, Mia stays at home with the sextuplets,  though they said they do get some help during the week.
Tickets: Celine Dion was also a guest on Oprah's show and gave the McGhee's front row tickets to her show as well as a pair to members of the audience
Tickets: Celine Dion was also a guest on Oprah's show and gave the McGhee's front row tickets to her show as well as a pair to members of the audience
They told Oprah what it was like raising six babies.
Mia said: 'Most days, maybe two or three people come throughout the morning and then the night to help with baths and help with clean up.
'I stick to a schedule and clean the babies' bottles as soon as they're done eating and dispose of their diapers regularly. That keeps the smell down.
'When I was at the airport I actually held one baby and changed another.'
She said she works hard to be the best mother she can be to the sextuplets, and has inspiring dreams for her family.
'I want to make sure I instill values in them. First love God - know God and love God first because he brought them here with purpose.'
'But I want them also to get an education, a good education. That's something we're still working on, which we're going to do. ... And just be productive citizens.'
Oprah told the couple: 'Well, there are some very caring neighbours in your community. These are folks who work at your local Walmart, and let me just tell you this, they are looking forward to meeting all of you.'
As well as the credit at Walmart , the couple also met Celine Dion who told them about the four-night honeymoon at Caesar's Palace and front row seats at her concert.
The couple said as well as missing out on a honeymoon, they had not had a holiday in their 11 years of marriage.
They fought back tears and were clearly overwhelmed by the generosity of the chat-show host.
And in true Oprah-style, she also gave everyone in the audience two tickets to Celine's show as well as two free nights at Caesars Palace.
'Today is your lucky day,' Oprah told them!
