Flo Rida has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after being spotted weaving around the road at the wheel of a $1.7million Bugatti Veyron.
The rapper was pulled over in Miami Beach at around 3.3am this morning, local time, by police who found that his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
Officers had smelt alcohol in the luxury car and ordered Flo Rida to take the field sobriety test, which he failed to complete to the required standard.

Website TMZ reported that when asked to do the famous 'walk the line' test, Flo Rida replied: 'Officer I can't do this. I don't feel I can walk a straight line.

According to the police report the arrest of Flo Rida, real name Tramar Dillard, attracted a huge crowd of bystanders, who lobbied the officers to release the star.
Some offered to drive the 31-year-old home, but police instead arrested him and he remains in custody.
Along with driving under the influence, the Low singer was charged with driving on a suspended licence, after his licence was revoked last month for failing to pay a traffic fine.
