A leading HIV charity chief is believed to have left his wife and kids for singer Annie Lennox.
Dr Mitch Besser is understood to have left his wife and children and moved out of his family home in South Africa to be with the former Eurythmics singer.
Dr Besser and Lennox, both 56, apparentlyl met two years ago through his HIV charity Mothers2Mothers.

And now the South African gynaecologist has moved out of his Cape Town family home, according to a report in The Sun.
Friends said his wife Debra, with whom he has two sons, Sam, 19 and Max, 16, is 'devastated' even though the marriage was already over at the time.
But they said that his relationship with Annie has dashed any hopes of a reconciliation.
The friend added: 'Annie and Besser became close throughout last year. It's now serious.
'Annie didn't set out to hurt Debra but understandably there's some upset.'
Annie - who shot to fame in the Eighties in the Eurythmics - has been married twice before and has two daughters and last year was given a Women of the Year award or her HIV charity work.
