Beyonce teams her new blonde bombshell hair with a pair of towering heels

After dyeing her hair golden blonde, Beyonce Knowles appears to be cultivating a new bombshell image.
As she enjoyed a spot of post-Grammys retail therapy in Hollywood yesterday, the 29-year-old singer stepped out in a black mini-dress and a super high pair of turquoise Christian Louboutin heels.

But the tottering heels were clearly not the best footwear to be in for a shopping trip, as even seasoned stiletto-wearer Beyonce was seen mindfully watching the ground as she walked slowly.

She appeared so nervous by the six-inch platforms, she put her hand up ready to grab on to her Cadillac Escalade if she fell.
Perhaps she had briefly popped to the shops to pick up a Valentine's Day present for rapper husband Jay-Z.
The previous night, Beyonce attended with Grammys with her friend Gwyneth Paltrow, who was duetting with Cee Lo Green on Forget You.
And on Saturday, the former Destiny's Child frontwoman helped her spouse host the Gucci and Roc Nation Pre-Grammy Brunch at the Hollywood branch of Soho House.
Beyonce cleaned up at last year's Grammys, taking home six awards, but this year missed out in her three categories.
She was nominated alongside Lady Gaga for their duet Telephone in Best Pop Collaboration With Vocal and for the same song of the latter's The Fame Monster EP, as well as Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for her own single Halo.

Beyonce is currently recording her fourth solo album - the follow-up to the hugely successful I Am... Sasha Fierce three years ago.
This summer, she will controversially headline the Glastonbury Festival.

 

She confirmed last week: 'This really is the biggest festival in the world and I cannot wait to perform there.
'Everyone who attends is really appreciative of music and is in such a good mood that entire weekend.
