He has been busy finalising details for the U.S. version of the X Factor show, but Simon Cowell can always find time for one special lady in his life.
While his former girlfriend Sinitta has been in the wars lately – undergoing surgery after finding a tumour and breaking her ankle as she was in recovery – the music mogul is always on hand to help cheer her up.
Simon, 51, treated his former girlfriend to dinner at C restaurant in London in what was her first night out in months.

The 42-year-old singer seemed ecstatic to be out and about and Tweeted: ‘Can you believe I'm going out to dinner? First late night out in a Loooong time, not so glamorous in the wheels, DOH!’

Sinitta, who helps Simon at the judges homes stage in the U.K. version of the X Factor, arrived at the restaurant seated in a wheelchair and was dressed in a long dark coat and a pair of black tights protecting her ankle which is currently on the mend from the break.
Mr Cowell, arrived at the venue looking smart in a suit an unbuttoned white shirt and was carrying his trusty menthol cigarettes in hand.

The music mogul has been a tower of support for Sinitta who has had a trying time of late.
In January she had to undergo emergency surgery after she discovered a tumour in her stomach.
Sinitta then spent a fortnight on morphine following her operation but was given the all-clear by doctors who found the tumour to be benign.
At the time Sinnit said: 'I am recovering well. Thank God the tumour was not malignant. But it was the size of an ostrich egg. Bizarre.'
The So Macho singer, was on the road to recovery following her health scare when just as she was getting back on her feet, she broke her ankle.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Sinitta explained: 'I was pain-free but a little wobbly. I just collapsed on the way home and my ankle and ligaments are damaged. I guess I was out and about too soon.'

She wrote on Twitter: 'Have to say ligament more painful then (sic) tumour for some reason! I guess was in hospital longer on morphine feed. This is comically painful!'

Sinitta has two adopted children, Zac and Magdalena, with ex-husband Andy Willner.
The couple split in 2009 when Willner moved to Hong Kong, before finalising their divorce in August last year.
