The Only Way Is Essex's Lauren Goodger shows off her curvy bikini body as she reveals plans to lose another half a stone!
She was left devastated on The Only Way Is Essex when she was labelled 'huge' by ex Mark Wright after being filmed in her underwear.
So when Lauren Goodger was told there would be a second series of the hit ITV2 reality show, she was determined to get into shape for the programme, which starts again this Sunday.
The 23-year-old enlisted the help of a personal trainer and embarked on a healthy eating regime in a bid to slim down from the 10stone she reached by the end of last year.
Bikini body: The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Goodger has decided to show off her curves and reveals she wants to lose another half a stone
And now Lauren, who is currently at a weight of 9st 7lb, has decided to show off her curves by posing in a bikini for Closer magazine.
Talking about her weight battle, Lauren said: 'I’m one of those people who loses weight quickly, but puts it on just as quickly. If I train and eat healthily you can notice, and if I drink and eat rubbish you can notice.
'I’m being healthy now and use a personal trainer, Nikki Diamond, who was Scorpio on the TV show Gladiators. We do a mix of running and weights, so I feel like I’ve been beaten up the next day!
Working hard: Lauren has been following a diet plan and exercising with a trainer in a bid to get into shape for the new series of the show
'I started training with her in the new year and I’ve really noticed a difference. I’m much more toned, and I feel so much more confident in a bikini when I’ve been working out.'
And while Lauren, who is 5ft 6in tall, was around 8st 10lb at her thinnest, she says she is aiming for a goal weight of nine stone.
She said: 'I’d like to get to nine stone. If I go below that my mum will tell me I look too thin! I’m a size 10 generally, but some of my clothes are a size eight so it would be nice to get into them by the summer.

And while Lauren now knows what foods she can and can't eat, she knows one of the main reasons she puts on weight - drinking.
She said: 'The day after a night out I crave carbs and eat tons.
'When we were making the show I was often filming late, so even though I’d had dinner I’d be hungry again at one in the morning.
'Thankfully, my tummy stays quite flat but extra weight shows on my arms, face and legs.
'I’ve got BeyoncĂ© thighs, but Mark says they’re sexy.'
The full interview with Lauren appears in this week's Closer magazine, out now.
The new series of The Only Way Is Essex starts on ITV2 on Sunday 20th March at 10pm.
