Ellen asked him how he handled the situation.
'I had a four-year-old daughter who, unfortunately, had an accident and died,' said the boxer.
'I was pretty outraged, torn apart. When I went to the hospital when she was on the machine, I was anticipating, because I was probably coming down from a hangover, but I'm anticipating that I'm going to go to the hospital and raise hell.'
'Once I got there and saw other people who had children who already died or were dying, they were handling it with dignity and I didn't want to be the psycho parent,' said Tyson, who was famously bit off the ear of Evander Holyfield during a fight.

Along with giving up alcohol and drugs, he also gave up eating animal products, becoming a vegan, and that it has made him much healthier.
Mike is set to star in a new reality show on the Aminal Planet network called Taking On Tyson.
The show, which premières this coming Sunday, follows Mike - a lifelong lover of pigeons - on his quest to raise and race the birds.
