It could have been the thought of becoming a single mother of two young girls or having just filed divorce papers to end her short lived marriage.
But Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer could not contain her emotions and broke down in tears yesterday while going over the legal documents that would bring her six month marriage to an end.
The MTV star cried as she read her divorce papers aloud to a friend yesterday in Elkview, West Virginia, bemoaning the end of her relationship with Corey Simms.

Of course the cameras were rolling for the MTV show as Leah then walked to her car and broke down again and cried some more.
The official announcement of Leah's break up was included in a long list of divorce filings in yesterday's Charleston Gazette-Mail.
'Leah Messer Simms from Corey Simms', the posting said simply. She apparently filed for the legal end to her marriage on Friday.

Fans of the MTV show only got to see footage from the pair's October 17 wedding in the show's finale at the end of last month, but by then the relationship is said to have already run its course.
Stories are circulating from both camps suggesting reasons for the couple's split.
Arguments over how to spend money, his alleged infidelities and clashes over traditional southern gender roles are all said to have caused rifts between the couple.

In Touch say that the final straw came when Simms withdrew $19,000 from the couple's joint bank account to buy himself a new truck.

While OK! add that Messer had wanted to use that money to move out of the trailer they currently live in with the babies, one of whom has serious health issues.
'He did it without telling Leah, even though the money is mostly her earnings from MTV,' InTouch quote a friend as saying.
'When she found out, they had a vicious fight and she left him.'
But this report adds that Simms was also unfaithful to Messer, in one incident, it is claimed, he took a girl to her high school prom while Leah, 18 , was in the hospital with Aliannah, who has eye and leg disabilities.
Again quoting the friend, they added: 'He is always getting drunk with his friends, and can easily hook up with girls.'
OK! spoke to another talkative confidante, however, who claims that Simms ended the relationship.
'He didn't mind being on MTV, but Leah is more into the fame than he is, after the show Corey just wanted to live his life - he's just a redneck.'
They add that Simms just wanted to 'work, hunt and hang-out' while Messer dealt with the cooking, cleaning and had more children.
Messer has signed up for two more seasons of the show.
