But the German supermodel is defying all odds and looked better than ever while wearing a bikini this weekend.
Heidi, 37, was in Palm Beach, Florida to renew her vows with husband Seal at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club.

They had a joyous celebration of their sixth wedding anniversary on Saturday but yesterday the whole family took to the beach for some rest and relaxation as they celebrated Mother's Day.
The former Victoria's Secret supermodel wore a variety of bikinis over the weekend which showcased her rock hard abs and enviably toned figure.

 She first donned a strapless floral bikini top with black bottoms which showed that her catwalk legs could still perfectly strut down a runway at a moment's notice.

Heidi frolicked on the beach with her children - Leni, seven, Henry, five, Johan, four and 19-month-old Lou.

On Saturday before her nuptials, she was spotted swapping out of one of her bikinis with the a little help from an assistant.
She took off a blue striped strapless top and swapped it for a leopard skin bikini which showed off her ample bosom.
Heidi accessorised it with a gold necklace that had five circles - maybe to represent her husband and four children.
Crazy singer Seal was more covered and wore a patterned shirt while he tended to baby Lou.
He wore an identical necklace around his neck - matching his wife's sparkling jewellery.

The couple have made it a tradition to renew their vows every year after tying the knot on May 10 2005 at Seal's beach front home in Mexico.
Just like in previous years, the pair turned the occasion into a fancy dress affair, this time opting for a masquerade theme for the ceremony which was attended by 100 friends and family.
The Project Runway star opted for a dramatic strapless dress which featured a hoopskirt covered in tulle and a silver mask with feathered detailing.
She had clearly decided to go for theatrics over comfort and at one point, she was spotted hitching up the skirt to reveal pull-up stockings and her underwear while she walked around the grounds.

The couple had initially planned to celebrate their anniversary in Mexico where they first married, but they changed their plan due to the drug violence.
