People did not respond too kindly to the rapper fat shaming and his suggestion that Diddy's brand was lesser because of the woman in the photograph.
Followers responded by immediately voicing their opinions of the offensive photograph, prompting 50 to take down the post.
Meanwhile, Diddy seemed unfazed, not having responded directly to the offensive attack on him or his brand at all.
Rapper 50 Cent has taken some time out of the spotlight lately to focus on business prospects, like his latest venture with EFFEN vodka.
However, he stirred up controversy on Friday when he posted an offensive picture to his Instagram, calling out fellow rapper and Ciroc vodka frontman P. Diddy.
The shot showed Diddy grinding up against an overweight woman, equating the brand with hooking up with larger women.

He later posted something that seemed to be indirectly referencing the feud.
He posted a shot on his account that read in black and white: 'If it ain't making me money, making me better or making me happy... ain't making time for it.'
With the value of Ciroc reportedly reaching upwards of $1 billion, according to Forbes, Diddy doesn't seem to be too worried about his competitor.

On Wednesday night the rapper had took over Times Square in New York City in honor of the world premiere of Step into the Circle, the new brand positioning for Ciroc.
According to ABC Channel 7, he aired the brand's new commercial on 14 large billboards before saying: 'This is Sean Combs, he said. 'I am your ABC Channel 7 roving reporter here in Times Square covering Sean Combs, a hometown boy that has come back to take over Times Square.'
'Keep dreaming, keep believing in your dreams, know that you can do it,' he said. 'I'm not really more different than you guys. I just keep dreaming and I work hard, and we can do it, we can all do it.'
