But Kate Winslet appeared to have found herself getting into the festive spirit early as she attended the premiere of Labor Day on Monday night wearing a red sequinned gown.
The 38-year-old actress, who is expecting her third child, her first with husband Ned Rocknroll, draped her pregnant curves in the stunning dress, which flattered her figure in all the right places.
Kate finished off her ensemble with some black peeptoe heels, and wore her blonde hair in a chic updo as she posed on the red carpet at the BFI London Film Festival event.
On the jewellery front, Kate opted for a pair of drop earrings, and let her pregnancy glow shine through with simple make-up.
Speaking at the event, Kate said: 'I haven't had many cravings. I've been wanting to drink a lot of orange juice but I don't know if that is part of it.'
Asked whether she would be taking a long maternity leave, she replied: 'Err... Ask me that on a different red carpet, I've got pregnancy brain!'
